Im 125 pounds and Im 5"1 im still under the "normal" weight rank but i dont like it, i wanna be 15 pounds less, if I eat a can of tuna in breakfast and lunch, how much weight would i loose in what amount of time?
If Im eating less than 500 calories a day
Should I totally avoid having bread with it?crakers?

the title caught me... do not eat tuna too much, because it has too high levels of mercury in it and could harm your body.You also need to eat more than 500 calories a day try 1200 a day with high protein.

Tuna has a lot of mercury in it so you can't eat too much of it.
Starving your body from calories will cause only damage.
Eat healthy, not less.
