Just a heads up on stainless appliances... They WILL increase the appeal of your home, if you're selling. Everyone wants to have the modern kitchen.

Is your question " Does a cheaper appliance that has a finish that resembles that of a first quality brand; like Sub Zero, Viking, DCS, etc, look as good as they do?" If so, the answer is no. The real top end stuff is heavy and rugged in all aspects. You can't fake that.

I would not have one. They are practically impossible to keep clean. We just bought a new fridge and the salesperson said a lot of folks buy the stainless steel and come back wishing they had not done it, so we bought a white one even though we had to order it and wait a week.

The look alikes are just as nice looking and the directions on care are not too fussy about what cleaners you can clean them with(unlike the real stainless ones!
They are nice ==and look very clean-if some fingerprints do not drive you crazy!

If you don't have kids yes,but stainless steal finish are practictly impossible to keep clean ,and the look alikes smear unless you use like Pledge spray.

YES THEY LOOK GREAT!!!! TRY GOING TO LOWES OR A APPLIANCE STORE AND CHECK THEM OUT .YOU WILL BE DAZZLED...
