My wife works at a hospital and a mom who recently had twins named them "Shithead" and "Shitonya". I thought those were "unusual" to say the least. This is a true story.

I know a couple girls with the names Oak and WIllow. Their last name is Tree. What a cruel joke parents can play. For a boy how bout Vincent? Its a very classical name and not around to much any more.

If you like Autumn, then how about Winter for a boy. Try Shakespeare plays or Wagner operas for some fancy names too.

Stop and think about what your child will do if they hate the name.
The more weird and unusual it is, the more they will hate it.
Pick something that people can spell, so the poor kid won't have to SPELL its name out loud constantly for the rest of its life.
Have a little compassion, it's not a dog or a cat.
Please.
