Is it racist to only date people of your own race?

It depends on your reasoning. If you only date people of you're own race because you happen to be more attracted to them, or because you haven't met many people of different races (or any you've been attracted to yet), then no, not at all. If, on the other hand, you don't want to date people of other races because you somehow feel that your own culture is better (consciously or subconsciously), then maybe you should try to get out and meet differently-striped fish, so to speak.
It's not really a matter of race but of motive. There are many people who have only dated people of their own race, who aren't racist, and many who have dated people of other races, who are racist. It all depends.

Not at all. Everyone is attracted to different kinds of people for different reasons. It has nothing to do with racism. It's called "personal preference".
