It is easy to experience such longing especially after a relationship, you begin to get used to being with someone and then they're gone, the adjustment back to te sinle life is a slow one. I as far as your job it is sort of a carry over, a lot of times when things occur in a drastic measure it affects the rest of our lives, and a month is actually a short amount of time especially when you're missing someone. You can't look at your friends because as you can see they aren't always there. I can only tell you to pray talk to God, and I can assure you he will comfort you and he will send you someone else, and that person will be everything you are lookig for.

Stop basing the value of your life on whether or not you are in a relationship...you can be happy either way...and you'll make a better (and happier) partner for someone else if you are happy whether you are single or not...when you dig your life as a whole, and are okay sharing with another or being single...

As for your job, why are you starting to hate it? What can you do to change that? Is it time to change positions, jobs, or career fields?

It's okay to miss your ex, but don't dwell on it. The relationship is over and you have to accept that and move on...it ended for a reason and if you don't see the benefit of it now, you likely will down the road...

something better lies ahead...but you couldn't be open to it before...now you can be...make sure when it arrives in your life, you are at the best possible place you can be to accept it!

get onto a dating site & go on several dates with different people. You'll find that most men are no fun at all but you'll be totally entertained with first date horror stories. I know this isn't a true fix, but it will keep you occupied & help you to stop thinking about those issues. Plus - during the process, you will probably eventually meet some cool guy.

"When in doubt, don't!" is my motto. You are in doubt about which way to go, so just stay where you are, learn yourself, and be the best person you can be. Let love find you. Trust me, it will, and when you laest expect it too. I'll be willing to bet there is a guy that has his eyes on you right now, but you just don't know it yet.You will shortly! Have fun when it happens!!

being single and out of a relationship isn't a bad thing. Enjoy your own life and when the next person comes into your life you'll be able to share it with that person.

I know it's an old cliche, but we've all been there before..."There's plenty of fish in the sea"...give it time and find something, anything, to keep your mind off of it . Next thing you know your on another boat catching bigger and better fish. Gotta move on !!!
