I know what you mean, but time is all it takes. My children have waited and they are not any worse off for it. They are both in their 20s and are still waiting for the right person they can call a spouse. There is nothing wrong with not having a boyfriend or girlfriend before that time. I pray you can know what it is to trust in the Lord for the perfect helpmate to come your way! Blessings!

This is a question that many girls ask themselves and others through out their high school and college years. I am a junior in college and I have many friends who have never dated or even had a guy say they were pretty, NOT because they are not attractive but because they never put themselves out there to be seen. Now I don't mean go be a slut, I mean just be yourself, make guy friends, go out with the girls and just have a good time. I can promise you the more you show your true self the more you will be noticed for who you really are. So don't worry about not having a boyfriend now just worry about being yourself and making the best out of the life you have. The man your looking for will come out from behind the curtian soon enough. Just keep believing in yourself and try to make the first move when you do find the guy you think is worth going for.

It could very well be a blessing that you have not as yet had a boyfriend-say one that has broken your heart!! I can see however that you are ready to date and you have been wise to wait awhile!! I am sure you are a nice looking girl and you should have no trouble finding a nice person-be sure that he is a good person since this is the most important thing and if he is good looking then that is an added plus!! Just be careful not to give away your heart too easily!!! I am speaking from experience and I hope you meet someone and will have a very happy life together!! Bless your heart Dear!!!

It is NOT abnormal.

The longer you wait, the better off you'll be ... unless you get to the age of 23 years, 177 days. On that date, if you haven't had a boyfriend, you will need to enter the porn industry for at least 6 months. This assumes that you are a US citizen. In Britain, the age is 22 years, 16 days. In Canada, it is 15 years and 2 days.

I hope you don't live in Canada.

Smart Girl! Sounds like you've got a good head on your shoulders. The great thing about being a girl is that you can dress up or dress down. If you are not the flaunt type just be comfortable with who you are. Maybe, the guys still see you as a pal. If you want a boyfriend, believe me, guys like cute girls who enjoy doing things they like to do too. You do not have to do things that make you feel uncomfortable just to have a boyfriend.
A lot of girls have a boyfriend. You could show your guy friends that this bud is blooming so watch out world. They will take notice.

Hey girl, i'm in the same boat. I'm 18 and never had a boyfriend. I have dated and had my opportunities but the right guy hasn't come along yet. I don't want to rush into anything that I don't feel 100% sure about. I get a lot of pressure from family, friends and society to have a boyfriend, but until I find the right guy, I'm just going to have to be content with who I am and trust God that the right guy will come along soon enough. Don't fret, God has some great guy in mind for you!! Just be patient!! :)

Well, I think this is a much more common situation than most people think. If you haven't had a boyfriend simply because you haven't wanted one, then I don't see anything wrong with it. If you want to meet a few nice guys, perhaps the problem is that you are introverted, or you don't put yourself in the right situations? Do you already have a lot of guy friends? Do your girlfriends have guy friends that they can introduce you to? I hope this helps.

Yeah, it's normal. I'm 17, and I hadn't had a boyfriend all my life. I mean, I came close with this guy when I was 14, he was 17 and REALLY liked me, but I was too young. I have a boyfriend now, I've been with him for 3 months. I've had a crush on him for a year. Don't worry, you'll meet someone soon!

only choose the move, no longer each and every person get gfs without delay, some ppl wait and some ppl continually seem to have a sparkling one, only carry one the warry that you're coz in case you start up replacing round ur m8s who're females they mite get a tad freaked out. the perfect suggestion is to easily b urself and then once you do get a gf, they prefer you for you and under no circumstances the man you been pretending to be x x x

Your fine. If you had a boy friend, you might like being in love and that will become another need in your life. Don't do it know, you can live with out love for a little longer. But if you want to try it out, go for it. Back to the question at hand though, it's normal, I have a few friends who haven't been in a relationship untill they were in their twenties.
