Is it possible to fix a sad credit rating, yes..fast I don't think so. One way to start is pay down all your delinquencies and then start chipping away all your other debt.
One approach people recommend is snowballing. You pay minimum on all your account except one on which you focus all of your attention.
Stop applying for any credit and just sit put. Usually you should be able to see the results within 6 months.

It is possible to fix a sad credit rating. How fast depends on different things. How hard you work on it, how fast the disputes with the bureaus, creditors etc are dealt with.
I wouldn't recommend using a website that requires you to purchase anything when there are sites that you can find the same info, and possibly more, for free.
Check out the site that I've listed and do some reading in the newbie forum and then in the credit forum.

Good credit can be bought. The more you need it the easier it is to repair it quickly. If you are in need of a mortgage or some other legit reason, find a rescorer. What they do is rapid rescore and can automatically delete inaccurate, incomplete and misleading errors from your credit report. It costs about $50.00 an item. There are credit repair agencies that can do it for a couple of thousand dollars. I know of a couple. But won't make recommendation on this site due to anti-solicitation policy of Yahoo Answers.

There are some credit report agencies that have formulas on how to increase your credit score. Most of it deals with paying off your debts. Don't close any cards, that actually hinders you. Just pay off your credit cards and any debt you have completely. If you can't pay them all off, make sure they all balances are below 30% of the credit line. Order a copy of the report and contest the derogatories on there, if the debtors don't show proof to the credit bureaus within 30 days it must automatlcally drop off from record.
Good Luck!

Unless you get a good legal counsel, it is difficult to fix the problem in a short time.
There is an accredited organization called national foundation for credit counsel. Log on to WWW.nfcc.org.
They can help and counsel you. All other so called credit repairs.counseling for money etc usually do not pan out. NFCC is one of the oldest and a good org for helping people with their credit ratings.

dispute everything, then apply for a loan; while the bad stuff is being disputed, it won't appear on your credit--but it will come back on as soon as it's verified
if it's never verified, it will stay off....that's your hope...
