I was talking to my dad about wanting to get contact lenses. During the conversation, he said that they ( as in some contact Co./Scientist) were making contacts that you wear while your sleeping that, SHAPE your eye, or trains it to see correctly. So when you wake up you take them out and you can see. But I think thats after a few uses so it shapes it all the way. Have you heard of this? I want to know where I can get them.

It is called orthokeratology (as the person above said). The lenses used are reffered to as CRT's They are rigid lenses worn for I believe at least 8hours a night, while you sleep, and mold the shape of your cornea - the major refractive surface of your eye. You are correct in that it does take a few times for it to be fully effective and as the day goes on, your cornea starts to go back to its original shape. So, at first you will experience some times in the day where you can't see clearly without your glasses but with them on they are too strong. It doesn't take long to get adjusted to where the effect lasts all day. Of course there are requirements that your refractive power is not too high and that if you have astigmatism, it is not too high.
Discuss this with your optometrist to see if they do CRT's or Orthokeratology - and if not, see if they can recommend you to someone to try this out! It's new and exciting!

Shaping your eye would not make you see correct. Unless it shapes it underneath the outer part of the eye. In a way it would have to re-mend your eye, so I don't believe it is possible.

It's called "Orthokeratology". You wear the lenses at night which will reshape your eye to correct your vision problems.
