Its a funny story really, I think she is kinda into me but I'm not sure. Anyway, she seems like a great girl, has a lot of common insterests and the last time we hung out we had a pretty good chat. Nothing long but 15 minutes or so.

Just ask her if she would like to go on a hike, go for a swim, go on a picnic. Call her up say if you are free i have a suprise for you. when you meet however you do have it be at a park and have a picnic ready for her, her favorite food, the blanket being her favorite color, have her favorite drink, bring a bored game to play, have a boombox/radio so you can play music, to lighten it up, bring a camera, take pictures have her do appropriate poses, when done walk her home, if you want ask her for you to hold her hand better to ask not do, walk her to the door and before you leave when you feel is right ask her if she had a good time and if later if she would like to go to a movie, then before or after preferably after ask her out to be your steady. Just go for it and ask them if they would to hang out some more (she's already seems interested, and you have nothing to lose). Then take them somewhere or invite them somewhere that you would love to go, like going to an art museum or getting muddy on a mountain bike ride. This will give her the chance to get to know more about your personality.

Sounds romantic, check with the other friend they are bound to know something. Coming on to someone that is just being friendly can be ..... well.... ya know, "pick your chin up off the ground"

Flirt a little. Let her know your intentions very simply. Dont seem too too interested. Just enough to let her know that you like her. don't try to hard. Just be cool.

It's not difficult. Just ask her if she'd like to get coffee/lunch/whatever sometime, and if she says yes, follow through, and see what becomes of it.
