salad: lettuce, baby spinach, alfalfa sprouts, green peppers, carrots, cucumbers, sugar snap peas, celery w/ light italian dressing and sald toppers (it's bacon bits, sunflower seeds, etc) and cooked veggies: peas, corn, and lima beans. does ANYONE think that sounds like a tasty lunch?

Yes, except the veggies need to be cold. I personally would substitute the Lima Beans for Hard Boiled Egg.

It sounds like part of a tasty lunch.
You're being unfair to the other food groups by excluding them.
Add some cheese and whole grain and what about some protein? Tuna maybe or a hard boiled egg....

the salad sounds good!! don't know about the cooked veggies.. i much rather a good green salad on summer days!!
Seems to be more refreshing then something that is cooked!!

Sound all right to me. I would rather not have the lima beans.
