Try this old favorite and it is very easy to make. I've been making the recipe since 1976.
Banana Split Cake
1st Layer
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
½ c. margarine
Make into crust and press into a 9” x 9” cake pan.
2nd Layer
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
½ c. margarine
Cook to pudding stage. Pour over crust.
3rd Layer
6 bananas, split and sliced
Cover pudding completely.
4th Layer
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Cover over bananas completely.
5th Layer
1 large container Cool Whip
Cover cake completely.
6th Layer
Garnish with maraschino cherries and nuts. Serve immediately. This cake does not store well. You have to eat the whole thing.

Chocolate, chocolate cake. Bake a normal chocolate cake. Use a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the top. Pour a can of condensed milk and a can of chocolate over the cake. Spread cool whip as an icing and sprinkle chopped up Heath candy bars over that. Very rich and yummy!

My boss makes ice cream cake in a cheating kind of way.
In a 13x9 pan, lay out ice cream sandwiches, then a layer of cool whip. Repeat. The sprinkle with crushed Butterfinger, Heath, Oreo-whatever you like. Drizzle with chocolate syrup, and freeze for 1 hour...

INGREDIENTS:
1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups sour cream
1 cup melted butter
5 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10 inch Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in the center and pour in sour cream, melted butter, eggs and almond extract. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Blend in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.

how bout some fresh fruit that is slightly sweetened like peaches or something on put it on some good vanilla ice cream........YUM!!!
