He has no determination yet to return to Mexico. does not count in case you think of that's no longer an determination for you or no longer. because of fact that he's already over the age of 18 a million/2,he now could have a three 300 and sixty 5 days ban on coming back. If he keeps to be right here previous his nineteenth birthday,he will have a 10 300 and sixty 5 days ban. He could no longer get a green card by using his grandfather until the grandfather petitioned for one among his mothers and fathers. however,if his mothers and fathers have been right here illegally, they could no longer benefit criminal status whilst interior the U. S.. The grandfathers petition died while he did. Marriage won't substitute his subject. he's right here illegally.

By now you can see a trend.......if you haven't figured out what the majority feels about your question, re-think what you asked. It doesn't matter how little they work for. They did violate a law which should be upheld. They drive cars without insurance, they use up our resources which are installed for american citizens, who earned the right to be here "legally". As much as it sucks to kick people back to where they came from. Our country is overpopulated as it is, we can not afford letting people stroll in and stay just to work for people for cheap. If they want to really be here, then they would most likely do it properly. File the appropriate paperwork, get the minimum education, pay taxes, learn the language and everything else every american is required to do as well. There are great people from every country, but coming here and causing issues, will not paint a very good picture in most people's eyes.

Characterizing a group of people as a whole as "bad" is not what this is about. Characterizing illegal immigration, the idea of thousands of illegals crossing our borders with no control mechanisms in place to monitor them or turn them back... that's what is bad.

Many of us are too young to remember days when diseases like small pox, tubercullosis, and polio took hundreds of thousands of lives every year. Those diseases still thrive in many 3rd world countries, including Mexico, because innoculations aren't required. Illegals threaten the health of our own children when they come here with no rules about the conditions in which they will live here.

Also, many people who want to leave Mexico want to leave because they are running from the law. Mexican jails are horrific places.. and so if you commit a horrible crime in Mexico... a murder, a violent sexual assault, or maybe you're a high end drug trafficker... you move to the US where nobody knows anything about you. You play the shell game with your names, to make it more difficult to US law enforcement to track you..

Don't kid yourself... this is VERY real. Not that EVERY illegal is carrying disease and has a felony record... but MANY of them do, and our immigration laws were put into place for exactly those reasons. There are LEGAL ways to migrate to the US. They need to use them. If they don't qualify, then they shouldn't get in.

they come here illegally instead of getting the proper paperwork as all other immigrants have to do.

they take advantage of tax payer programs even though they do not pay taxes

they are a huge drain on the medical field as far as helth costs are concerned because many do not pay for their own medical costs

many do not know how to drive in the US or do not carry insurance and cause accidents.

the biggest problem Americans have though is not that they take jobs it is that they get these jobs illegally. If they entered the country like my immigrant grandparents legally than it would not be a problem.

Entering a nation illegally is the first law they broke.

That's what makes them bad, they are here against the law, and when they stay they are breaking more laws to live here and work illegally. They work for wages far less than what a citizen would work for and that puts citizens out of work.

Our schools are getting worse because there's suddenly tens of thousands of kids who can't speak English at all in them.

Our hospitals are overcrowding so much that some people can't even get into emergency rooms when needed (I have indeed experienced this personally) and they don't have any insurance or money, so the hospitals just lose money.

It's really a problem that needs to be addressed in one way or another.

School is not 'free'. The money does not come from the 'education fairy.' We pay for it. Poor people, even if they pay all taxes, pay little. The rest of us pay for their education, health care and other services. This is why the immigration of poor people is limited in every country that has subsidized services.

Education in particular is very expensive. That is why some countries, like Mexico, do not provide it to their poor people.

In places where illegals concentrate, like Los Angeles, the public schools are failing, because the funds intended to educate our own children have to 'stretch' to cover a huge percentage if children who are illegal immigrants and children of illegal immigrants. I pay for their education as well as my own children's education. Their education is more expensive than my children's because they get expensive ESL education and end up bilingual, while the school system has no money to pay to teach languages to our own children.

We pay for them. When it was a few, it was a small problem. 12 to 20 million of them is a huge number and a huge problem.

If you like them, do you like them enough to pay tuition for thier children and cover their health care and other costs?

Because I don't.

More importantly to me, my children's education is on the line in Los Angeles.

First it's bad because they're breaking the law. Second some illegal immigrants come here and committ crimes which makes everyone else look bad, one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch you get me.

3 bumblebees needs to shut her mouth! There is nothing wrong with mexicans , only with people like her! My husband is Mexican, and he is a hell of alot cleaner and nicer than most americans that I know! Plus he is really sexy, so , if he wants to have 20 babies with me-- then, that's fine with me!

Why does eveyone think that illegal immigrants are getting gov. benefits? They are not! You have to have a s.s. # and U.S. Birth certificate for that! Don't worry, Nobody is going to get your food stamps people!
