I don't believe in diets. I do believe in making life-style changes, though. Instead of eating all that bad stuff, do something else for 10-20 minutes, if you're still hungry when you're done, then have something small or some friut or something. If you're not hungry at the end, you probably just had a craving or something. Oh, this is a good one,,,,,,,,,,go shopping and try on a lot of clothes that you would like to fit into someday. You'll feel so fat when you leave the store that you'll never want to look at another pastry or pizza again!!!!

Give yourself a "cheat" day! This really doesn't harm you, and for a lot of people it's kept them motivated. For example you can say that on Sundays, you are allowed to eat whatever you want and not work out. One day a week will not slow you down, and it could help your motivation.
Look at how much you've progressed!

eat fruit and drink plenty of water, think about how much better you feel and where you would like to be by your deadline, I weighted 320lb now i am down to 295 my goal is 160 by 02-07 so you see it could be much worst. No one even notice when you lose 20-30-40-lbs

if u can't give up on pizza any more you got to specify
how much lbs you want to lose for every month just like i got to lose 5lbs this month if i did it i will award myself by pizza ofcourse you can't go crazy . trust me an do this .
