sounds pretty typical of depression....however you need to determine the cause. Is it situational, has something occured to make you feel sad? In which case a therapist can help you work thru the sadness. Or is it biochemical and you require help from medication......you need to see a doctor for this one. Best of luck.

It sounds like you are depressed. Have you ever felt this way before?
I know what it's like to be depressed. I used to get depressed several times a year while I was in college. It was all situational. I used to get depressed because I couldn't live up to my expectations/standards. I expected nothing but the best and when this didn't happen I would be depressed anywhere from a week to several months at a time. I was even depressed because of the approaching graduation time. I loved being in college (even though I got depressed over my grades) and I didn't want to leave. While in college I did have people that I could talk to. If I did talk to someone it was only because these individuals encouraged me to talk (or knew me well enough to basically make me talk about it).
All I can suggest is that you talk with a really close friend, teacher, counselor, religious figure, family member, or a doctor.

Dont beleive anyone's hocus pocus reasons and causes of depression, like detergent. And don't beleive anyones home remedies. What you are describing is clinical depression, and it needs to be evaluated by a physician. Despite what some witch doctors think, there are drugs like SSRIs that help millions of people through there depression. Excercise and spirituality also help. Seek help.

You are depressed AND bulimic.
I would see a psychiatrist. You may need an antidepressant. Also you should see a therapist/counselor to find out why you feel the way you do.
