This is just ONE thing you should point out to her:
If the mom provides alcohol to minors and any of them should end up getting ill (alcohol poisoning), mom will be arrested and convicted of a much more serious crime than just supplying alcohol to minors which is still a criminal act. The neighbors might observe this happening and turn her in to child protection services.
I am glad she has a friend like you though...you have much more common sense than her mom. I know it isn't easy having your friend get angry at YOU...when in reality, she should be angry at her mother who apparently is more concerned with being a "buddy" than being a parent. What a shame.

I understand how you feel but I am guessing that the mom would rather be with her when she drinks. Her mom may hope if she is drunk and gets a hang over she may not want to drink in the future. You could talk to her mom about it and let her know that you are not interested in drinking. She may be thrilled that your friend has you around.
On the other hand her mom could be trying to be her cool friend that lets her drink. Either way you are doing what is right for you. Congratulations and keep it up.

What would I do?
I would tell her to be careful and then come over the day after the "party" with asprin.
People don't always make the right choices, but if she is your "best friend" then just be there for her and don't pass judgment.
If she gets drunk and gets a hangover, she is going to be sorry enough.

Man, I hate that! You are trying to be her friend the best way you know how & ..... well, Idon't know her so I don't know how she is, But I would try to explain, & if she insists, & gets mad, there is not much else you can do. She'll either learn the hard way, or listen to you. & I'm sure she won't stay mad forever. It will pass.

Where do you live? UK? I think I'd rather have my daughter & her friends under my supervision than out drinking & putting themselves & others in danger also her mother will know how much they are drinking. They're obviously going to do it anyway so what's the issue? Safer to be at home.

My parents allowed me to drink when I was young, but not for the purpose of getting drunk. so drinking was never a big deal. it's stupid for her to give alcohol to minors, she could get in a lot of trouble for that

Live and let learn. You won't be able to stop her. Let her learn from her own mistakes. If you see her out in public during her drunken state you might want to discreetly alert some authority figure to keep her from hurting herself or others.

she's really dumb too. let her get really wasted and she'll wish she hadn't the next morning. hang out too and show her you can have just as much fun without the alcohol. then hold her hair back when she is throwing up. she'll thank you for taking care of her. hopefully.......

Wonder how funny she'll think it is when her mom's in jail. That's stupid and you are right. Make your own decisions and don't be pressured into participating in this. Her mom should be reported it is illegal, dangerous, child endangerment.
