as a medical view, anything out of the normal size, regarded as serious condition. If the size is more than 1 cm in diameter, it may get the attention, because the infections in the face or neck made the LN enlarged, but no more than 1 cm. and this enlargement might be Tonsillitis, corticullus, benighn tumor or may be rhabdomyoma or even rhabdosarcoma. so every swelling in the neck need further follow up and investigations.

It has been forever normal for me to feel that same thing on the right side of my neck but not on the left side. Only if your lymph nodes feel sore or swollen could there possibly be an infection or something abnormal.

That generally indicates a problem, but not necessarily a serious one. You could just have some sort of infection, like a cold, that has caused your glands to swell. If they get painful and don't subside, seek medical attention.

no....please get this checked out. Can be anything from an ear or sinus infection to something more serious. But to be safe you should see a doctor as soon as possible just to be safe.
Good luck.

I guess it depends how big they are. I have always been able to feel mine, and Im healthy. I guess I would only be concerned if they became enlarged.

NO....go have a physical, or a check up. It could be just an inflammation, but I would still get checked to be sure.

remember there is fat (no matter how thin you are) under your skin so you could be feeling that but if you are really concerned go see a doc to confirm its nothing to worry about

sometimes, like after a cold or flu however if they do not go away, then that may be a problem so you should see a doctor.
