ok my promblem is sorta crazy my one friend we talk and stuff well i sorta like him he knows i like him and stuff... here the promblem he hasn't talked to me about how he feels... what should i do hang around and see if he brings it up or should i bring it back up??

If you think he likes you, then goahead and ask him "what's up?" I'm sure he'll say something. If you think its better to wait, regardless of life being too short, then just figure it out by yourself before to say or do something stupid. Remember its better to have a good friend than a bad love!!!!!

Have you mentioned it before? By your question, it's hard to tell. If he knows this and hasn't brought it up, he's either shy about sharing his feelings or he doesn't feel the same way. Depending on how old you are, and I'm guessing you're very young, I don't see why you can't just enjoy each other's friendship. I understand your fear of rejection and his response. I also understand that you probably have this crush on him that makes it difficult. The problem I see with girls in this culture is their lack of self interest. They focus too much on boys. I've said this time and time again. Get a hobby. Do something for yourself & you will see how many OTHER boys are interested in you!

Id say give hints that u want him to express it, and if he doesnt stick to being friends with him, if hes not on the level u want him to be!! Sounds to me like u want a guy who expresses how he feels, but most guys dont, and sumtimes expressing how u feel to sum1 takes time in gettin to know eachother an the comfort level!

Don't wait for him to respond, ask him yourself first. When he asks why your asking, tell him you need a response, because life is too short and you want to move ahead, not wait all the time for an answer.
