The Pucker Guage is any guage that is showing you are very close to, at, or have exceeded safe flight limitations. For example it could be as simple as your fuel guage showing you are about to run out of fuel, or it could be your radar altimeter showing the ground coming up very quickly when you're flying IFR.

I think Steve's answer is right on - pucker factor is a better description! But its a combination of all of the above answers

haha...my driver's ed teacher told me this 2 years ago....its your anus getting tighter(puckering) depending on how fast you're going or how crazy your flying is.....its a joke for people that fly......(not trying to be inappropriate, thats actually what it is)
