Ebonics happens to sound very ignorant and uneducated, why would you want to know? People who speak ebonics have at some point or another in life chosen to "try and sound cool" or have "learned" it from someone who has. It's a very horrible slang that should not have ever developed. Please don't use it.

IT'S A CULTURAL DIALECT, you douche bag.
It's like saying southern drawls should be outlawed.
Language is synonymous with identity and so by insulting someone's dialect is insulting them. While it does have negative (ie uneducated, racial, etc) connotations, it should be regarded as any other regional or cultural dialect would.
