I really aint intimidated by it. We used to being the underdogs anyway and we always come out on top. It don't matter what the majority is black people are very important to this country even if other races don't want to admit it.

I look at it as latinos are in the same position we were in in the early 1900's looking to make a name for themselves. Everything latinos are trying to do or at least most things black people have already done. Like Civil rights for example. Quite frankly if it wasn't 4 black folk no minority could be making any noise right now period. We paved the way for minorites to be successful in this country. I mean back in the time of the great Martin Luther King he inspired people to stand up for their rights and freedom. If it was not for him there would be no Ceasar Chavez.

The latino's are stealing all the tax money. (I know I'm not black.) But when you are low-income, you have to compete for housing and things with illegal mexicans. how unfair it that?

I wish Latinos the best just as I wish Black people the best. We all are people. I'm sure there are some good Latinos and some bad ones just like in every other race. I never thought about it as an intimidation factor. I just try to be the best person that I can be and more people should do the same.

No. There have constantly been problems among English speakme and French speakme Canadians however it hardly ever has ended in violence as within the US. In one of the Western provinces, there's a few animosity among whites and Indians, each local indians and Asian Indians however not anything just like the rift within the US. Unlike America, among the Latinos who pass to Canada achieve this legally so there isn't the drawback of unlawful immigrants. The quantity of blacks in Canada, in comparison to the US is just too small to generate any truly racial problems.

First off, I'm black, just wanted to get that out there.
Second, it's I am really not intimidated by it.
Third, the majority of people in this country are not black people, and the majority of Latino people is growing 3 times faster than any other race.
Fourth, what do you mean by Black people are very important to this country? That's just like saying White people are important to this country, and that's just like saying Asians are very important to this country. Your race does not make you better than everyone. It's the people under those nationalities that matters.

You can't compare apples to rotten eggs. Black citizens have a right to be here, and illegals of any race do not. I don't even know how an intelligent person could compare the civil rights struggles of black citizens to the demand of same rights for border hoppers. I think it's evil for them to try to legitimize themselves by using another people's history. It doesn't even make sense.

i think black people are very important to this country because we build it as slaves. and i think that a lot of the mexican chicks need to back up off our men. but we are the people who build this country not spanish people.
