Without a picture no. However few automobile manufacturers made tractors. In the 60's and 70's dodge made large trucks. these are like the large over the road diesel trucks of today, of which the non-trailer portion is often referred to as a tractor. Also for many years Chrysler corp. had an industrial division and a marine division. The industrial division sold mechanical components, engines and transmissions mostly, to other companies to use in their products. For many years the little tractors you see at the airport pulling luggage trailers were powered by dodge/Chrysler engines, even though the tractor was built by someone else. Motor-homes are another example of this. You may own a Fleetwood motor-home but it might be built on a dodge, ford or even a Chevy chassis. Chrysler's marine division sold engines to many boat manufacturers. Many Chris Craft boats used Chrysler engines. In all these instances cited above, the vehicles were powered by Chrysler/Dodge engines but were not manufactured by them. You probably have a similar piece of industrial equipment, built by another company that utilized a dodge engine. Send a picture to tepidorator@yahoo.com and I can probably identify it for you.

It's most likely an army truck, as Dodge made quite a few of those during ww2 and afterward

This might be an early Power Wagon that Dodge made for many years. The very early ones were made mostly for the military
