If Hezbollah were not cowards they would attack Israel in the normal military fashion but they know Israel will knock them off in a real fight so all they can do is hide and fire missiles at innocent people. Israel could take out Syria and Iran and rid the world of much of the stress it now faces. People are quick to jump on Israel when all they are doing is acting in self defense.

Average American heard the world Hezbollah two weeks ago. Not knowing Hezbollah were fighting Israel in the past 40 years, hijacking airlines, cruisships, blowing up planes in the desert, etc.
Of course militarily speaking Israeli is stronger, but wrecklessness, and fighting to the end I will give it to Hezbollah. Where as Israelis will drive around bullet proof armor and drop bombs from 1000's feet above.

It depends on what you mean by strength. If you are speaking in military terms, Israel surpasses Hezbollah by light years with regards to technology, numbers, and skill. Now if strength is in regards to fanaticism then Hezbollah is clearly superior.

Israel has backbone, U.S. backing,fighter aircraft, bombers, tanks, etc.,
Hezbollah has skirts and children to hide behind, Syrian, Iranian backing, unguided rockets, now gaining a few low quality guided missiles, homemade suicide vests.
I think Israel has the strength hands down.
