Every time I eat Captain Crunch, I also remember some religious promise I broke...it must be God's preferred cereal.

Except Captain Crunch Berries, those are the work of Satan.

What happened twenty years ago? You figured out that you were an idiot? Or, that you ate Captain Crunch for breakfast?

I would review your life since you stopped praying and see if you are living happy and productively. If not, revisit this as one of the reasons and start praying again. If so, then pray anyway to see if it gets even better. It's all about attitude - if you have a positive attitude about prayer you will be able to overcome and will know its effectiveness.

I bet your now just realizing that your Captain Crunch box is near getting empty and that one night is why. Fear not, it isn't, because what God makes, lasts forever, what man makes only lasts as long as that reason is in control.

It's okay. Sometimes it takes a while for God to know what you want or prayed for. Answers are always carefully thought out. Sometimes, I forget to pray myself before I go to bed, but have the best dreams ever!
