go to your start button
then control panel
then internet connections
and clear all especially the history

If you are clearing history, and want to REALLY clear that info off your computer, you should also run Ad-Aware SE and/or Spybot Search and Destroy, or something similar. They are both available as free downloads, and will get the spy-junk off your computer, eliminating what deleting history won't do, and help your system run faster.

open your browser
click tools
internet options
on the general tab
look where it says history
click on clear history
if you dont want it to start saving them again change the day there to 0
