Don't worry about it too much. Everyone has a few wrinkles on a cruise. If you don't find one, hang the clothes you plan to wear in the bathroom when you take a shower and the steam will help get the wrinkles out. Most of the cruise ships also have dryers. Just tumble your clothes a bit to get the wrinkles out.

Good answers about wrinkles so far; you might also call the cruise line to ask if they provide irons to travelers.
Also - very important - if you have not gotten travel insurance, do so now. It is not too late. Go to http://www.wavehelp.com/trip-cancellation-insurance/index.htm and click on through to the info you need. You can buy on-line and the insurance will be in force right away.
Best wishes.
