Well, they are still in the process of breaking the law. But many think they should have squatter's rights. I don't agree, but it's okay with me if they concentrate more on sending back the illegals who have committed other crimes. After they do their time here first. Then other illegals will have a little more time to concentrate on becoming legal. Still I don't think a clean record should be an acceptable reason to be let go if you are caught.

Its this phoney caring- sharing -sandal- wearing PC ideology that is causing the problem! They should not be here, end of story. How much tax do you pay that is wasted on these economic vagrants? Housing supplied before local people, furnished of course! then benefits galore. Iraq is now a democracy, so is Afghanistan according to Bush & Blair so why are they still here?
I have heard that each immigrant appeal is worth £1500 to a solicitor claiming legal aid, and who pays? we do! Get real!!

see you later as we are talking about "honest"--unlawful alien supporters keep spouting off about the shortcoming of techniques for poor Hispanics to come back right here and how "unfair" it fairly is. What they don't inform you is that almost 1/2 of ALL criminal IMMIGRATION is from Latin u.s. and diverse the different 1/2 is from Asia. criminal immigration now totals a million human beings each and every twelve months. What they don't inform you is that ONE united states of america, MEXICO sends 15-20% of all criminal immigrants each and every twelve months, and has for the previous 20 years. What they don't inform you is that our criminal immigration gadget favors "relations reunification" (which include no longer purely a relations unit of mom, dad, and minor youthful toddlers, however the moms and dads of mom and pa, their man or woman youthful toddlers, and their siblings AND the households of the siblings) which finally ends up in a huge form of poorly knowledgeable and unskilled immigrants who're also attainable workers even however they don't enter with an employment-depending eco-friendly card. There are purely about 100 and forty,000 employment-depending eco-friendly playing cards, so more effective or less 800,000 eco-friendly playing cards visit relations. Now, interior the pastime of "fairness", how honest is it that ONE united states of america monopolizes this style of enormous form of our immigrant visas, or that American taxpayers finally end up subsidizing the importation of poverty? (The economic sponsorship criteria are deliberately set low, at 100 twenty 5% cases the poverty element, to allow the poor to sponsor their relations who're possibly to be, you guessed it, poor besides.)

yes, I think that they should be deported. There are plenty of people trying to get into this country legitimately that can't because of the illegals.

If they are found to be illegal, deport them with a pack so that they can apply through the correct channels.

The mere fact that they did not declare themselves means they broke the law and are therefore criminals!!! Deport them and make them go through the process like everyone else!

Why should one group be rewarded for not getting caught? They also broke the law. Say good-bye to them.
