it is 100% normal to be constantly worried about your kids bc u want them to be happy and that means to sometimes sacrifice ur happiness but dont let it get too far.. u have to let them live their own lives and make their own mistakes.. when u feel a bit over-whelmed take a day off from the stress and spoil urself. For example go get a massage, a pedicure/manicure or simply browse ur local book store and get lost in a novel im sure you'll feel better by the time you get back =)

Yes, it's normal if you don't have Jesus Christ as the center of your life. Truth is happiness is a choice. You choose to be happy or to not be happy. God can help if you let him. Don't worry at all especially about other people, even your kids you have no control over what others do. Take care of yourself and trust them to do their best as well. Most important, start reading your bible, go to a good Christian church and seek God. He will help and is the answer you need.

As a mother it is normal but it is time to focus on you since you've already raised your children. You raised them the best you can and they seem to turn out fine. I suggest you take it one day at a time to do for you. Make a list, go out and do whatever you put on that list for yourself. DO NOT change your list for somebody else and if they dont like it.. too bad. Again, its time to worry about you.

Well... They are their own person. You need to let them live their own life. Its hard, but its what is normal.
Worry, yeah, you're a mom. You're going to worry. But dont let it rule your life. Its you and your husband that you need to worry about.
If you're happy, things will be easier for everyone.
So, hey, why not indulge yourself in something fun you've always wanted to do?

of course its normal to worry about your children although that doesnt make worrying right. .....if you believe in GOD you know that it is a sin for a to worry because thats not trusting in GOD to take care of you and if you dont believe in GOD maybe this is a fine time to start

yeah it very normal but try to let them live their lives. try to do something like a hobby or something that will refocus you from them. they are old enough to handle their problem but it doesn't mean that you're going to close your door. just be always available when they need you.
