Tell him: " I have been noticing that your energy level and disposition are a little bit on the down side, is there something I can help you with?

Open the lines of communication not by trying to fix the problem (men don't respond too well to that type of approach) but by making yourself available for anything he might need.

If that does not work, remind him that it is OK to have bad times as long as there is hope. Show him all the different possibilities you both might have to be happy ...

The best possible thing you could do is try talking to him. Talk to him in such a way that you make him realize that you really care for him. Share your concerns, make him realize that your world is with him. HOwever, if you find he's trying to avoid such talks, don't bug him. Leave him alone with some kind words like,"I'm always there for you" ....

Furthermore, once he's back to normal do make him realize how you felt when he seemed miserable. This way you make him get rid of such expressions in future....

Hope it works.......
All the best buddy!

Invite a friend over to help cheer him up with a threesome. Just kidding. Get inventive. What does he enjoy doing?

1. Ask him why is he miserable
2. Ask him what would make him happy
3. If agreeable - proceed

But hey whatever you do to cheer him up, just make sure it lasts! He'll only be miserable again!!!

Bless

well, ever thought of asking him. Did he ever do anything before you and him married? If so try to point him back to that direction. Work, eat, sleep is all the men that support the family do and yeah they are bound to get in a zombie zone. get him back into something his interesting he will love you more for it. if it's not that then make him a doctor's apt:

do not do some thing to "close up" your husband. once you've doubts, by using all ability check out your contemporary boyfriend. Your husband is making an attempt to regulate your existence and your body of options. by using ways, you may want to favor to simplify your existence by using waiting until eventually your divorce is settled earlier you date some different person. then you really may have more effective closure for your previous courting and could no longer experience this style of favor to tutor some thing for your "quickly to be ex.hubby".

Fix him his favorite meal, hand him the remote, pleasure him without a word and then get up and serve him a plate of food and leave him be for the night.
