no - probably just a homophob. For some reason I have found that some people think that gay people are just attracted to anyone of the same sex. They forget that you are just like them and you have a "type" and morals about dating (no interoffice dating, etc.). BUT he may be a curious one wondering exactly what is like? Who ever knows
I am one straight gal that gets it though!

He may be a bit confused at why someone is gay. He may be curious about gays in general. Sometimes straights are just afraid they'll get hit on and sometimes they're a bit bi-curious themselves. The only way to actually know is to ask, "Why do you seem to be looking at me a lot?"Or "Do I make you uncomfortable, it's okay to talk to me about it?"
