We did a Major remodel 3 yrs ago this month.
34' of Corian countertop
all new custom oak base and wall cabinets
removed 2 walls (one load bearing)
new fridge
new sink and fixtures
new dishwasher
new linoleum
2 new ceiling fans
halogen lights over the sink

~ $23,000
ps: and I did a lot of the work myself, wiring, plumbing, painting, etc

go to home depot and the demo kitchens give you a running foot price for the cabinets. Install is extra and the easiest way to do a kitch is to replace each cabinet with one the same size. Expense starts when you redo floos , move walls, remove soffits etc.

depending on the size, i would say that betwen cheep flooring, wood cabinets, dish washer, sink app., etc., you would be atleast at one grand. things these days are exp.

we got a new dish washer...............about $2-300
and a fridge/freezer..........................about $ 700
