It depends on what heaven means. Based on the song Tupac did (if I remember correctly) heaven was a place on earth where G's didn't fight, they were there only to have a good time and didn't have to worry about killing or dying. Heaven for Buddhists is a state of being in which they've learned to ignore want, and when there is no want or need, then you can't feel the pain of not having anything. So in essence their heaven is lack of want (Nirvana). Christians, Jews, Muslims, and many like them believe heaven to be a place where they would be with God and happy beyond measure.

In essence what I'm saying is that heaven in your question seems to be a place where the person in question is happy completely, not having to worry about anything at all. So in essence a "heaven" for atheists is possible, it would just be a place where they were happy completely.

At death, ones Soul/MIND goes to what one was most attached as part of one's new Fate Karma. The creation of new Karma in ones past life must also factor into where one goes to spend time before reincarnation. If associated with negativity, one goes where one may experience negativity. If one is in denial of God, one goes where one can experience the results of a denial of God.... which is probably not a neat place to go.

There is no escaping ones actions upon the physical plane, every thought is registered and must be accounted for. This is the plan, and the plan is experienced fully as "life".

The one thing we know for sure about an atheist is that he/she is ego-dirven and arrogant. It is the height of arrogance to disbelieve what one cannot prove. An agnostic can be forgiven his/her lack of knowledge, but an atheist is full of pride...which masks a fear so intense that prideful boasting is his/her only means of coping. Of course Scotoma prevents the atheist from realizing all this.

There is no heaven like there is no toy factory at the north pole run by elves. If you are new to this site, you will find out in a hurry the weak minded religious freaks are going to give you a whole !@#$load of useless responses, especially when you ask questions like this.

I didn't understand like half of that, but...

Heaven is wherever there is no need or pain or unhappiness or pestering or anything negative to you (doesn't everything balance here or something?)

has the excellent points on this one.

Why am I answering so many of your questions? I hope I am not becoming a Sho-Nuff groupie. That is so not my style, but you are a pretty fascinating fella.

Hell to the no. If you don't believe while you're living then you can accept the consequences when you are no longer living.
