Its about this guy that i really love (we're only friends although he knws about my feelingz for him)bcz i asked him to stay this way(friends)at least 4 the moment cz we have sum difficulties that r standing between us....anyways. he's b.day is just about in the corner so i was thinking since he's studying psychology..and once he told me he is dreaming of being Psychiatrist so im wondering if i can get him an expensive pen(silver maybe) and write his name on it with Dr. in the beginning...would it be good or is there any other way that i can show him i really care about him and make him really happy...I wanna get him sumthn that he would really appriciate...

That is a great idea, but honestly, anything that comes from the heart is the best gift anyone can give. Most people just go out and get little things, toss them in the bag, and come to a party for the free food and gift bags. But you are doing something very special and I think he will appreciate that a lot.
