You can't. Cat P*ss is the WORSE! It's in the wood. It's in the sheet rock. It's permeated in the structure of your house. Best thing you can do is burn down the house and rebuild.

From what i understand cat urine is almost impossible to get out. If you already replaced the carpet and you still smell it that means it got all the way down to the wood. I'm sorry but theres not much more you can do.

VINEGAR! VINEGAR! VINEGAR! Go to where the smell is and let it saturate in vinegar and water, after a few hours. Clean it with soap and water, the smell will come out. Unfortunately, that means you will have to remove the carpet again. And if you ever have a problem like this again, don't use bleach nor pine-sol. Bleach and pine-sol make it worst because they contain ammonia.

The smell is in the wood of the floor and you won't get it out. You need to seal it in. There is a paint called KILZ. You can get it at your local hardware store. Pull the carpet up, paint the wood floor with KILZ and then put the carpet back down. Regular paint won't work, it has to be this oder sealing KILZ. You will probably have to clean the carpet again.
Good Luck

fabreeze. It has saved my mom's house. Just replacing the carpet sometimes isn't the solution. Sometimes it gets into the wood. For you DOG people, their urine is WORSE than cat urine to get out. If it is in the wood, you will have to replace the wood.

A tom cat will really mess up with his spraying. I've never known of anyone able to get rid of the odor. You might could try Fabreeze and baking soda. by experience, the scent will only work it way back to your nose. Whew!

There is a new product out that comes with a black light that helps you find the exact location of the urine. Maybe PetSmart or another pet supply store carries it.

Call a professional. It'll cost a couple hundred dollars, but the last owner/landlord may pay for it. Good luck.
