By keeping yourself busy with different activities.... but then again, there is nothing wrong with a little day dreaming....

This would depend entirely what you are day dreaming about... if it is constructive in any way, why would you want to stop? If it is mooding about some lost love or expected one, then is not very healthy.
This is something you have control over.. just direct them into areas which can be beneficial to your own well being.

if you are infatuated with some one then you cant stop day dreaming,if you are boar ed as hell like iam you cant stop day dreaming,if you leave at home with your parents then you cant stop day dreaming, but if your having great sex day dreaming is the least bit of your worries

day-dreaming is normal.u can't stop it.u really can't.the only thing to do is to keep your students "awake". don't give them boring subjects that can make them go day-dreaming.u need to have surprises..bringing new,fun and interactive ideas for them.

ummm.....talk to the counsulor, or talk to your friends, tell them some things you've heard , throw water in your face, step up and tell that speacial some one you like them!
