I need a recipe for chicken, I do not have much to work with today. I am not a good cook, I am not used to "winging it" as far as cooking goes! I have bisquick, mozarella cheese, chicken, green beans, onions. Does anyone have a recipe, or ideas? I wish I had some cream of mushroom soup or something, but all I have is french onion.

Season the bisquick with some salt and pepper, and bread the chicken with it. Brown it in some oil. Top with the cheese. Serve with green beans that have been sauteed with some of the onions...

Also bacon and angel hair? I retract my previous answer...

Dice up a strip or two of the bacon, and fry it in a skillet. When most of the fat has rendered out, add a diced onion, and the chicken breast, also diced. Let that all cook together.

Meanwhile, boil some water and cook your pasta.

If the french onion is dry, sprinkle it oven the chicken mixture, and add a little water and butter. If it is canned, add just enough soup to sauce the chicken. This would be a great place for some canned tomatoes, too, if you had any, and a splash of lemon juice or vinegar, if that is handy. Toss together, them pour over the drained pasta. Sprinkle with mozzerella.

Yum, make a casserole! Cut up the chicken, shred the cheese, cut the green beans up and put onions in it. Mix the whole thing together with the french onion soup. Top it with some bisquick to make a "crust", and sprinkle more cheese on the top. Bake until it's bubbly, probably around 375 or so.

Mmm, that sounds good.
