I use mane and tail, but I mix it with one ounce of olive oil, tea tree oil, and coconut oil before. I use this mixture once a week. I cut my hair really short a year ago and now its to the middle of my back. My hair is natural- no relaxers. Hope this helps. Oh and if you want to use vitamins, try Geritol tonic. Its in liquid form. I don't think a 12 yr old should be taking prenatal vitamins. Good luck sweetie.

honostly the only thing i can think of is to get extensions because if the shampoo does dry out your hair it will be worse because you can or will get dandruff which doesnt help out very much which may also cause split ends which then means you would need to get ur hair trimmed to stop it, if you do get hair extensions the stylist that does it for you should be able to ask all the questions you have. JUST REMEMBER: EVERYBODY'S HAIR GROWS DIFFERENTLY SO, using conditionor may not help and using olive oil in the shampoo may not help, any oil you put in ur especially because you are caucasian it will make ur hair very oily. which is not good for your hair, at all.

How fast are you talking about - hair doesn't just "appear", you DO have to wait a bit no matter what you do! You could probably just find a hair extension if you don't want to wait...or just pull back your hair and use a hair extension piece to give the illusion that it's longer.

take prenatal vitamins. They are for pregnant women, but they will help your hair grow.
