I really dont know if i "catergorize" right.

Depends on how professional you want to be.
You could stop breath collect your thoughts maybe take a break have a glass of water.
You could purchase a 99 cent stress ball.
Take a walk away for your desk.
Find a friend and vent but not too loud get all that stress off your chest.

if it's allowed, listen to some music on your mp3 player and just zone out (or sing out loud) for a few minutes. another thing to do is take a walk. I keep a tennis ball on my desk and bounce it up and down on the floor for a while, to relieve stress. try to do this when no one is around though, it might irritate them. also be careful around delicate equipment. you don't want to cause an accident. OH...and this advice doesn't apply if you are in the middle of your work if you are a brain surgeon :-)

If you can, walk around for a bit, and then come back. Also, get one of those "Stress Balls" that you can squeeze the living daylights out of. THINK about slapping an annoying co-worker or boss..don't do it(don't want you to catch a case!)! Good luck, dear.

If possible, follow the advice given here about walking around etc. They are all good, again, if possible. If not, learn deep breathing exercises. The simplest being. take a long deep breath for a count of three. Hold it in for a count of three. Let it out slowly for a count of three. Guess what comes next for a count of:::

Yahoo! Answers does it for me, although I may be fired if I get caught, I think I spend 9 1/2 hours of my 10 hour day on here!

Always have a packet of hot coco, and make sure that there is milk in a fridge somewhere. Warm it up so it is warm and cozy, and maybe have a blanket for yourself while you work, it always works for me!

take a break walk around or enjoy the sunlight outside. take a few minutes break. drink some thing a shake, water ur body will need it. hey enjoy life while you can.
