OK, this is really easy so bear with me. Get pork chops (one or two per person). Bash them up a bit so they're about half as thick and cut off the thick rind. Beat an egg and mix it with a teaspoon of mustard and some oregano on a plate. On another plate put some breadcrumbs (you can buy them) and some parmesan cheese. Then, dip each chop in the egg (both sides) and then the breadcrumbs and let them dry for a minute. Then fry for 5 minutes until golden brown and serve with salad, new potatoes, rice, pasta, whatever. Yum! (Plus, they look really impressive but are so easy and are good for you too).

I made some delicious pork chops last night.
I coat them really well with olive oil. Then salt and pepper to your taste. Add a little garlic if you like. Coat them really well with plain bread crumbs. Bake them at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes.
I also put a small amount of olive oil in a pan with some garlic and onions. Put the pork chops on top, add salt and pepper to your taste, and place a lid over the pan. When the onions start to carmelize move them to the side and let the chops brown.

I like fried pork chops. Dip the chops in milk and then in a mixture of flour with some salt and pepper. Place each pork chop in a pan of hot vegetable oil and fry until golden brown on the outside. Drain the majority of the oil out of the pan and mix 2-3 T of flour into the drippings. Add milk and stir until the gravy thickens. Serve with mashed potatoes.

My favorite is mushroom soup porchops& scalloped potatoes.
first brown about 4-6 porkchops,in abig frying pan, with a lid, drain grease , add 1 can 1/2 diluted with water, a can of cream of mushroom soup. pour this all over the pokchops, simmer on low or medium, for about an hour, keep checking perodicly, and turning the chops, and stirring the soup, chops should be nice & tender, if you got a good cut of chops, while doing this make your scallop potatoes. yummy.

Yes, spray a cooking sheet with non stick spray, heat oven to 400 degrees. Take chops and just pat in a dish of bread crumbs. Place on sheet and bake, turn over when brown, cook other side till medium brown and eat. Very moist.

I like mine Southern fried, almost like chicken. Dip in milk, roll in seasoned flour, then pepper the heck out of them. Fry in hot oil, preferably in an iron skillet. Drain the grease off, put the chops all in the skillet, add slices of onion and a little water, then cover well and put in the oven on 350* for about 30 minutes, until they are fall-apart tender. Great with mashed potatoes and sliced tomatoes...I miss my grandma now. It was her favorite!
