I am in highschool now...what classes should I take to get prepared to go into this kind of field?

I think you should talk to as many people in this field and use the advice from those people who seem to emulate the sort of professional you hope to become.

As for classes, I'd study politics, logic, English and sociology. Learning Spanish and/or whatever other languages are spoken in the place you plan to live would be smart. A mastery of additional languages would be a good way to make sure you're sought after when getting hired.
