In Rev. 21:1-2;10, at the end of time a new heaven will be created to surround the new earth. This new heaven will be the place of God's perfect presence then there will be a literal fulfillment of heaven on earth.

Neither a heavenly plane not a hellish one is eternal.

Our actions and inactions in the Spirit (depending on the circumstance) raises or lowers our vibration in The Light.

However, it is easier to stay on a spiritual plane than it is to rise out of a hellish one.

Most people in the discarnate dimensions reside at a vibration or astral plane just below a basically spiritual place in The Light, as most have a Dominant Aura Color of orange.

Rev. 21:1 "behold I saw a NEW heaven and a new earth".

What we see now is temporary; that which will come with the kingdom of Jesus Christ....will be eternal.

I think they mean "heaven" as in the universe....so yes.... Not heaven as the heavenly place of peace for one's soul.

Only something or someone that is outside of time could be eternal. Which would lead one to believe that only God is eternal.

Yes. So is hell. We all have eternal souls which will live in one place or the other.
