Ok, I hail from Canada and I'm going for two days to NYC with a friend of mine and those two girls. I'd like to know what stores should i definately visit for good prices and nice urban clothing. I'd also like to know which sites are fun to chill at with friends withtout being central park past midnight. Finally, also, what sites apart from the classic ones like the empire state building, statue of liberty and ground zero, what other spots are definately worth checking??????

Thanks in advance to all who answer.

Good prices and urban clothing! Well you should definitely check out H&M, they have two store locations on 34th Street, and while you're there, Forever 21 also has really inexpensive but fun clothes.

Also, you might want to check out Urban Outfitters... there are multiple locations. 6th Ave and 14th Street I believe. Also, 6th Ave and 7th Street maybe. Also somewhere like 11th Street and 2nd Ave. They are reasonable priced, but completely urban of course. Any of the stores around that area, like around 8th and 2nd and 1st Avenue... if you just walk around you'll find a lot of places down in that area.

Other sites, well you must see Central Park. The Museum of Natural History.

Lesser known, but fun: The Tenemant Museum: http://www.thirteen.org/tenement/
The Cloisters (that's where the Unicorn Tapestries are)
And if you are interested, go see the bodies exhibit down by South Street Seaport. I thought it was really amazing. And if you tell them the discount word "bodies", you can get some money off of the expensive ticket.

Have fun!
