How much money do you have?
If you're a millionaire then the worlds your oyster - take her to a paradise beach, propose, (hope she says yes) then have all her family and friends appear for the engagement party. If not...
1. Take her up in a hot a balloon and have the ring hanging in the centre
2. Take her on a picnic and have the ring around the neck of a champagne bottle/ at the bottle of her glass of wine etc
3. Take her to a romatic film at the pictures (or something) and put the ring in her popcorn.
4. Take her for a meal somewhere special and do the traditional proposal on one knee - this typ is dying out so she will always have a story to tell.
5. Have a bouquet of flowers delivered every hour, on the hour to where she works and on the last hour have a single rose delivered with the ring attached and the proposal written on the card. Try to be outside when this arrives so that you are there to see her face and get her answer.
Hope above helps and I hope she says yes

Here are a couple things to consider...
1.) What's her personality. Does she embarrass easily? Does she prefer things to be between just the two of you?
2.) Don't forget to involve her family. Mom and Dad play a HUGE role in the proposal. Don't forget to first ask for their permission. And it would be a great surprise if they were around for after the proposal.
3.) The proposal setting should involve something that is special to the both of you. Is there a special location? A special event that you both share? A favorite restaurant. Once you figure out your proposal, that's when it's time to be creative...
4.) This is the fun part. The actual proposal part. Based upon her personality... A surprise is what you're looking for... so think of a way that you can propose to her so she totally doesn't expect it... for example... put it on a cupcake... or better yet... do it in front of her entire family and friends over a dinner... something fun... that will lead into a celebration!

Marriage proposal ideas guaranteed to make an impression
With marriage proposals, as with everything else, expectation is all. And some women have great expectations when it comes to that special moment. How do you know if the woman you love requires a proposal that's designed to get a reaction—from her and maybe from innocent bystanders? Has she dropped some hints?
You may want to consider impressive marriage proposal ideas.
If she loves hoopla and being the center of attention, read on. If part of the joy of this occasion includes being able to recount the experience to all of her friends in minute detail—take note. If she thinks big, this is the time for you to think big, too. We have a few impressive marriage proposal ideas, but you probably know what it takes to impress the woman you love. Still in doubt? A close, trusted friend of hers may be able to help.
Impressive marriage proposal ideas: On cloud nine.
Rent a hot air balloon, take along some refreshments and maybe a bottle of champagne; and don't forget the engagement ring. If she's an early riser, you can watch the sun come up together. If she's a night owl, sunset is a better choice. If she's someone who likes surprises and who—of course—isn't afraid of heights, proposing marriage in a hot air balloon may be just the thing. You can bet she'll have her head in the clouds for a long time.
Impressive marriage proposal ideas: A magic moment.
No matter what form it takes, a marriage proposal should be a magic moment—but here's one idea that takes this to the extreme. As a special treat to her, hire a magician to perform—with the rabbits, the white doves, the scarves and all the usual paraphernalia. As the last trick, he can make her engagement ring appear out of nowhere. Won't she be amazed—and thrilled!
Impressive marriage proposal ideas: Treasure hunt.
Is the woman you want to marry a fun-loving type? To keep her guessing (for awhile at least), create a treasure hunt or a scavenger hunt just for her. The last clue will lead to her own personal treasure—a sparkling engagement ring. (Make sure it's in a secure place!)
Impressive marriage proposal ideas: A site to behold.
If you have some experience developing websites—or want to hire someone who does—you can create a special web page with your proposal on it. What else goes on the page is up to you: her picture or a photo of the two of you, an image of an engagement ring or the exact ring you've selected for her. Add anything else that captures the essence of your relationship. Next time you're with her, sit down at the computer together, type in the URL of your proposal site and take your high-tech romance to the next level.
Impressive marriage proposal ideas: The journey begins.
If she loves to travel and cost isn't an issue, consider taking her on a romantic trip and proposing while you're there. There's a world of possibilities—maybe at the top of the EiffelTower, on a gondola in Venice or the beach in Antigua. But you don't have to leave the U.S. to find a romantic spot. The San Francisco Opera House, the Riverwalk in San Antonio, Cinderella's Castle at Disney World or a horse-drawn carriage through Central Park are great places to propose—as long as they're places she'd enjoy

Original proposals are hard to come by. Where was the place you went on your first date? Where did you have your first kiss. Think about all the things that made that night special and try to recreate it on that night. Do you enjoy music? Is there a classy place she would enjoy going to that plays live music? Go there and have some martinis and tell her you are going to make a request. Tell the pianist or singer you would like to ask her to marry you and to play a song she really loves. At the end of the song she can say something like, "Your boyfriend would like to make a request" and then get down on one knee and ask her.
If you are looking for something more initmate you can always just surprise her by taking her to a nice place and going for a moonlit walk on a summer night. Tell her how beautiful she is and she would make a beautiful bride. Then get down on one know and ask her is she will do you the honor of becoming your wife. NO matter what you do MAKE IT SPECIAL, not original. As long as you put thought, effort, and love into it she wont care. I know because my husband didnt plan a damn thing. he proposed in the office while I was writing a business letter. I am still pissed off about it. No thought went into that night and he had the ring for 6 months, our anniversary and christmas and valentines day all came and went and he blew it. I said yes anyway but the fact that he didnt even put any thought into it pisses me off. Good luck to you though! Your GF is very lucky.

Send her on trip down memory lane. Pick 11 spots that have been part of your relationship, such as first kiss, first date, that kind of thing. Leave a single rose there for her to find with the next clue (location) – if it is a public place you could ask the cashier or something to give her the rose. Then, the 11th rose will have a clue leading to your location… maybe a romantic picnic by a lake or something. Be waiting for her with the 12th rose, after you give it to her tell her how much you love her, get down on one knee and their you go! Best of luck!

Depends on what your girlfriend likes, if she is a very serious person then she won't appreciate a funny proposal. I always think there is either the classic approach (down on one knee) or theres the original approach, something along the lines of you tell her she has a letter, she opens it and its a ring with will you marry me written on some paper.

for sure there is the 'ninety 5 international sequence victory that replaced into pretty staggering, yet a real baseball fan might want to understand, that it is not any longer the most "unforgettable" Braves season contained in the 'ninety's. for sure i'm talking about the Worst to First 'ninety one season! coming decrease back from a 39-40 commence and beating out the Dodgers by ONE pastime! and then there is the epic international sequence. Seven video games, each and every of the thrill you should imagine! In my options, that replaced into the proper international sequence contained in the heritage of significant League baseball.

The best thing to do is have other people watching...she's going to be so excited and want to freak out to all her friends/family and show off what a cool fiancee she has to do something so special for her. A really cool proposal is fun but less so if the only person you get to show the ring to is the waitor!!!

The old classic down on bended knee. Say candle lit dinner and a nice bottle of bubbly. Just don't do the corny thing of slipping the ring into her glass or popping it in dessert. Other than that, just whenever the moment take you and good luck.

This is my dream.......
Going to a beacg either ocean or lake. Have some romantic music playing and those torches burning have your friends help out with setting things up. A card table with a nice table cloth, candles on the table, flowers, you could even do some rose petal on the ground. eat and dance watch the sunset, have your friends hide so they can get pictures and video you asking. it is sweet romantic and a yes for sure.........
