i'll tell you the truth i had a long latter i was about to post but i decided not to but there is something i want to say:
i am only 20 years old so my opinion on abortion is not yet that based on but i do believe every woman has a right to chose what's right for her and her life, that is why our female ancestors fought for our freedom.
how-ever i do know that at this point in my life i am not fit to be a mom i can barely take care of myself, my cat and 4 foster kittens i have right now. a baby is out of the question. i was never pregnant so i would not come in and say i might abort a child if i were to get pregnant may be i would keep it, if such a time will come i'm sure i will make the decision that is right for me my life and what my become of the baby life.
i do believe you should be financially & emotionally secure & have some support system behind you when having a child. it is a huge responsibility.
as for dewclawing, i think it's unfair to use dewclawing as oppose to abortions.
in dewclwing you are not making a decision that will impact you in a big way in your life but a decision that will impact and only hurt your cat in the long run. imagine yourself in the cats place, how would you feel?
you don't have to accept what i'm saying, i will understand people think differently.

Declawing doesn't just remove claws, the whole toe back to the first knuckle is cut off and removed.
Abortion should be left up to the mother-to-be until the start of the second trimester. People who want to control other people's lives and physical bodies should all get together and adopt or give money to support ALL of the children that would be born if abortion was made illegal.

A fetus is just a parasite living inside its mother and if the mother cannot properly care for it once it developes into a baby, it's cruel to allow it to be born.
Cats are living things and their claws are part of their body. Anyone who thinks their furnature is more important than their cat's well-being shouldn't have cats to begin with.

Declawing is, in reality, cruel because if the cat should ever get out into the open.. it can not protect itself and that is considered cruel... as far as abortion... seemingly a completely different subject.. I am totally against and considere it murder... To me, the two subjects are not related in no way.

actually, neither is. Abortion is killing a human, a life still in its creation. declawing is cutting off the first knuckle of a cat's "hand". its cruel, both are. to the child-for it will never get to see the sun rise. and for the cat-for its missing its toes and it will get arthritis soon after the cutting of its fingers.

Ok lets think how about we rip off your nails and see what u think...animals are actually alive and just because people are ignorant and selfish they think they can defile an animals body. And as for abortion..it really depends on the circumstances, I wouldnt do it but I can see why someone might. Do you mean abortion of human babys....or cats? Because my first statement about abortion applied to cats.....if u meant people.......its definantly bad.

Because cats are living things, fetuses are only the potential of something living.
