I couldn't care less which of the answers are correct. If you spend your time asking senseless q's like this, maybe the correct phrase is:
"I couldn't care less if I am wasting my brain cells on wazamaphukit".

Couldn't, as in you couldn't possibly care any less since you care so little.

Could actually says it's possible for you to care less, therefore you do care more than the minimum.

i could care less means that you kind of care
i couldn't care less means that there is nothing more about the situation that could make you care less about it... or something to that effect, LOL

"I could care less". I agree that the idiom is kind of an improper wording, considering what it actually is communicating. It SHOULD be "I couldn't care less"
