We are not living to die; we are living for no reason at all.

We 'became' only because random 'sperm met egg'; a being was formed and it grew to adulthood then passed away - the same life-cycle as ANY other life-form.

Unlike lower level beings, humans having the ability to analyze, process information, create structures and to control the environment, began to think that our lives MUST have some profound meaning (it could not be accidental).

It does not. We live, we die, then we become manure - giving nourishment back to the earth so that the circle of life continues.

Some humans were/are afraid that's all there is and so a superior spirit was conjured up to give comfort that we will live on ethereally.

I'm not. I"m dieing to live!. I had to do that. Sorry. Everything has a beginning, middle and end. In the case of life it is more like living, transitioning to a different living, transiting to a different living etc: Easy example. A plant, lives, dies, breaks down to base elements, feeds a new plant, lives etc. Not exactly the same but close enough. In our case it is living as a physical being with a spirit, living as a spirit, living as a physical being with a spirit etc.

We are not living to die. We are living to serve a purpose in our lives and the lives of others. Through God, we all have a life full of purpose ... the main reason being to serve and worship God/Jesus.

In actuality, we are living to live.

The same reason everything else in the universe is "living" just to "die."

"Life" and "death" are part of the process of eternal evolution and are totally insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

Because an individual only has limited capacity for adaptation. A species has greater capacity for change as long as individuals contine to die out. If individuals did not die we, as a species, would not be able to adapt to our constantly changing environment.

All things have a beginning and an end: Plants, animals, careers, car rides, fads, feelings, governments, schooling, batteries, oil, good times, tunnels, hallways..... The list goes on and on...... Surely human life is no exception.
