I am overweight, but only in my hips, thighs & butt region. I know walking is a good exercise, I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions for this target area?

Hi i have this problem too, its so weird everything i eat just goes to my thighs and hips, As i do loads of walking it doesnt work for me much so i have to go on my air walker, excercise bike, and my stepper, not all at once obviously. But if i supppose you dont do much walking then it would deffinalty work. Also loosing a couple of pound helps, i lost a stone and it went from these areas at first, I joined weight watchers and lost a stone in three Months.

Do any cardios you like. something that make your heart bypass quicker and you sweat. reckoning on your point of well being, it ought to be strolling, strolling or working. Bicycling and swimming are great too. ascertain you heat up for the 1st 5 minutes (and you quiet down for the final 5), then you quite do 20 minutes and then after that, your physique starts to get the photograph which you would be able to to this for a whilst so it switches from sugar reserves to fat reserves. this is what you like...to apply your fat reserves. in case you desire to get even a extra effectual and much less complicated cardio exercising consultation, this is recommended to get extra capability on your muscular tissues. i take advantage of the Thigh grasp for my inner thighs, part leg lifts for my outer thighs, butt/hip extensions and lower back leg lifts for my butt and hips.

Jogging hills. Go slow, they will wear you out.

This is probably your "problem area." The first place you gain weight and the last place you lose it.
