It is prescription, but Phentermine has worked pretty well for me. It is only used for short term so you should be fine, although 120 lbs is really tiny for 5'11". I am 5'10". Make sure to eat 6 times a day---very small meals though ( Special K Bar & a sugar free Red Bull = 100 calories) and drink LOTS of water. The weight will not go anywhere if you don't drink water. Also, the more you exercise, the faster it will come off and you will be back to modeling in no time. Good Luck!!

The only ones that really work to help you loose real weight and keep it off are the ones that only a Dr. can give to you. Like it or not, that is the truth. Do you really think so many people would be fat if they could buy a pill at the local Wal-Mart that actually worked to make people loose weight?
The only pills that worked back in the day where Ephedra based like Metabolife and they are all illegal in the states now. Even these still required diet and excercise.

I am not a Doctor but I do know there is no safe quick fix for a problem that developed over time. Sure you could take diet pills to curb your appetite, but not eating is just as harmful as over eating if not more so. Anything that claims to be a miracle cure is nothing more the a modern day version of what was called snake oil which was sold out of the back of a covered wagon to unsuspecting saps back in the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is."

I mean this in the nicest way but no diet pills work. They are a money-making machine for many companies but there are none that are available over the counter that have been shown to do anything.
You need to get with a dietitian and trainer and eat sensibly and exercise. That's the only way.

yeah, honey. screw modeling. seriously, you should not starve yourself to model. But if you want to loose that much here is my best tip; soccer. i know it may not sound like fun at first if you have never /not much played it before but here is the deal; it gives you a fully toned body (all over) without the big muscles if you don't want them (which I suppose being a model and all...). pills kill you. I'm not a nutritionist, just saying. Would you take cocaine if we all said that was the best diet pill? you know it probably is but then again you get stoned and all that...
just in the friendliest of ways saying so.
good luck though.
try exercising and running and getting motivated to keep in shape that way.

In the mood for a hot meal? Make a big pot of veggie bean soup, divide into two-cup containers, and store within the freezer. Before bed, place a container inside the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door every day.

For sandwich-lovers, use spinach or swiss chard leaves as an alternative to a wrap, skip the cut of cheese, and load standing on the veggies.
