I'm about to tell my girlfriend and I don't want to say "I don't love you anymore" that doesn't seem hurtful enough (and she deserves to be hurt in this case, trust me)

No, that's not anything to say about anyone. No body deserves to be hurt even if they have done wrong by others. God will be the judge of any one who's done wrong, not people. What goes around comes around is really a true statement, so don't have things happening to you because you are trying to take it upon yourself to become a judge of others.

If you're going to tell her that you don't "love her anymore" then you probably never loved her to begin with; you don't just stop loving someone.
If she hurt you that much, let her know how you feel.
