Ham & eggs are only healthy to a degree. Certainly, it's not good to have the ham every day and eggs don't contain the amounts of cholestral that was once believed. It's best to scramble the eggs using fat-free or 2% milk, butter BUT do them in the microwave. Most of your egg won't be stuck to the bowl like they would be if you scrambled them in a frying pan.
Also..oatmeal and NOT a big bowl is also healthy..but have some fruit with it, whether it be a sliced banana, fresh berries, or whatever.

MAKE THE TIME... eggs don't have as much cholesterol as originally thought so eat it up! Just keep an eye on the salt content of the ham... they do sell low sodium hams
