Something Italian like one person said, and the old standby - Cheese & Crackers! I happen to like Gouda cheese, try it if you haven't - it's mild and delicious. As for crackers, how about whole grain or something from the organic food store - they have lots more flavor than the usual crackers.

i'd say sharp cheddar or a nice caprese salad, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, capers and fresh cracked black pepper on a bed of leaf lettuce. pretty and delicious!
